Grove Physical Therapy
Grove Physical Therapy is a fitness-center based, outpatient physical therapy clinic. Our practice is located on 3315 Rice Street in Coconut Grove, Florida, at “The Workout Spot” Gym and Fitness Center. The clinic serves patients from the Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne and Brickell/Downtown areas.

The fitness facility is approximately 2700 square feet in size, which maintains an area for Physical Therapy services. These services include:

- Modalities: Moist Heat, Cryotherapy, Ultrasound, Electric Stimulation (for Pain/Inflammation                      management and Muscle Re-education)
- Therapeutic Massage
- Manual Therapy
- Therapeutic Activities
- Therapeutic Exercise
- Neuro-Muscular Re-education

In addition, Grove Physical Therapy utilizes the latest in free weight, cardio and machine-based training technology, through the partnership with “The Workout Spot.”

Our therapists utilize the facility to help rehabilitate injuries, recover from post-operative procedures, and help deter future injuries with proper exercise technique education and training.
